The design for a cluster of foliage is repeated 8 times to form a 16" diameter scalloped placemat that coordinates with the Tree Peony design dinner plate.  The sprig elements are to be printed in blue, cut out, and decoupaged to the 16" mat of matte silver or colored ground.
